Your family’s privacy is the foundation of this service. Here is exactly how we protect it.
What other families can see
A biodata ID (for example BD-26-7K4Q), age, height, marital status, education, profession, city and country, religion, family and lifestyle summary, and the introduction you write.
What nobody else can see
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Photos — they are optional, kept private, and shared by a moderator only with your consent
- Date of birth, weight, income, health and disability information
- The biodata file, unless you agree and a moderator grants time-limited access
How contact works
Families never message each other directly. A moderator reviews every request, asks the other family, records their consent and only then shares the details they approved — for example a guardian’s phone number or a photo. Shared photos are time-limited and watermarked with the viewer’s name.
How we keep data safe
- Encrypted connections and encrypted storage of private fields
- Biodata files stored privately and only opened through permission checks
- Every important action recorded in an audit log
- Biodata expire after one year and are anonymised after our retention period
