DCN Marriage Media is the controller of the personal data you provide.
What we collect
Account data (name, email, country, city, relationship, optional phone) and biodata (facts, preferences, the biodata file and an optional photo), including sensitive information such as religion and, optionally, health details.
Why we use it
To provide matchmaking, moderate submissions, arrange introductions you request, keep the service safe and meet legal obligations. Our legal basis is your consent and the performance of our service.
Who sees it
Only our moderators and administrators see private fields. Matched families see the limited summary described on our Privacy and Safety page. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Biodata are active for 12 months. Expired biodata are anonymised after 12 further months and archived biodata after 24 months. Audit logs are kept for security.
Your rights
You can access, download, correct or delete your data from your dashboard or by contacting us, and withdraw consent at any time.
Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest for private fields, private file storage, access controls and audit logging.
